Background:
Nancy has diverse professional experience. Throughout her 25+ year career at Goldman Sachs, where she was a Managing Director in Technology, she held several senior management roles, including Global Head of Sales and Investment Banking Technology, EMEA Technology Head for Fixed Income Sales and Trading, Operations, Controllers, Legal and Compliance, Global Head for Fixed Income Trades Processing and was an architect of the firm’s application infrastructure.
As a Managing Director at Barclays Capital, she was CIO of the Americas and Global Head of Fixed Income Trading Technology.
Prior to her career on Wall Street, Nancy was a counselor and adjunct instructor of Psychology at Brookdale Community College, New Jersey
Coaching and Leadership Development:
Nancy provides external coaching for clients at the Director, MD, SVP and Partner levels in Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Public Accounting and Technology. As a coach with the Schuster/Kane Alliance, provides internal coaching for several directors in Technology. She is a coach at the Barnard College Athena Center for Women’s Leadership. This program has been run at top tier financial companies and universities.
Nancy has always combined her background in counseling with her business acumen. In addition to her management roles, she mentored and coached many new leaders at Goldman Sachs. As a founder of the Women in Technology network, she established several leadership acceleration programs that included coaching, advocacy and training. She created, and led, an 18 month leadership program for prospective Managing Directors in India. These successful programs are continuing and have been rolled out globally.
